Another post I totally forgot about!
This look is a throwback from last month when SF was having a heatwave. My trainer wouldn't be happy but I was for sure surviving off ice-cream. I've never been a huge fan of warm weather unless its tropical and I'm on vacation. While all my friends were out enjoying the weather I was hiding in movie theaters (no joke).
Doctors need to stop being ashamed of doctors mental health issues. Many doctors are dealing with stress, anxiety, or trauma from tough situations without saying anything. Encouraging people to talk to each other, get help from their peers, and see a counsellor can make a tremendous difference. Doctors can help people heal from the past by giving themselves the same care and compassion they provide their patients every day.
